SLA report generation

Hi Team,

Please find below details of our Ngaios XI setup.

Nagios XI version - 5.6.5
OS - Centos 7.5 (64 bit)

We are trying to generate SLA report & make that as a scheduled report. We are able to generate report & schedule it.

Scheduled reports we receiving having both "PASSED" & "FAILED" SLA STATUS. we want status of only FAILED SLA in scheduled report.

Please guide us how can we achieve it.

Hi Rohan,

Looking this over, the script automatically creates those two dashetls for pass and fail, I would need to submit a feature request for additional functionality.

That said, one workaround would be to share the failed dashlet to a custom dashboard and then schedule this page as a pdf from the hamburger menu in the upper-right part of the screen. You would have less control of the time frames but it's an option.

Hi Benjamin,

Thanks you for the update.

We tried your workaround but its not serving our purpose. May i know by when the feature we want will be available?

I also have one more query, schedule reports we receiving in our mailbox coming from "root@localhost.aws.lrn.com". we want to change from address to something different. can you guide us how can we change it.

1 - We have scheduled reports from user "nagiosadmin".

2 - We set nagiosadmin user Email address from Admin => Manage Users => Edit User: nagiosadmin

3 - But still mail not receiving from set from address.

Hi,

I can certainly submit a feature request for you on this functionality. Please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the discretion of our development team.

To change the send from email address, go to Admin > Email Settings and edit the Send From field.
