Triggering alert for end user interface

Post by manimurugesan »

Hello Team,

We have network device and when we add in nagiosxi it's scanning all interfaces and including end user interface i.e. interface connected to windows server . The issue is when we performing any activity on server end the interface alert is triggering in network device also because the interface connected to that windows server .

is there any way to stop triggering this alert ,

I know we can schedule separate for windows server and interface but we don;t want to schedule for that interface .

Please help us to get this issue resolved

When you run a wizard you would simply uncheck the network interface box before completing the wizard.

If you need to remove existing checks you would want to remove them through
CCM -> Services
