Monitoring Engine not running after 5.7.3 update

Hi, I updated to Nagios XI 5.7.3 but, after some hours Monitoring engine stopped and it's not possible to start it.
I already downgraded NDO (I already had problems after upgraded to 5.7.1 and 5.7.2 and the support give me some commands to downgrade it) but Monitoring engine doesn't start.
It's a strange behavior: under System Status it says running, under Monitoring Engine Status it says "Not Running" with red point.
In Service Status page all last checks are some days ago.
No rows are written in nagios.log.
Can you help me?
P.S. https://support.nagios.com/tickets/ is not working now
