Epson Printer MIB

Does anyone have the mib for Epson printers, specifically for OID starting with 1.3.6.1.4.1.1248
I am having real trouble trying to find it...

and/or contacting the manufacturer?

Yes I have...I guess I will have to contact Epson...just thought I'd ask before going down that rabbit hole.
