Report or dashboard with several query graphs

I just need several bar graphs much the same as the default but all on the same page.
It looks like I can't create multiple histograms in a dashboard since when I try to add one HASH0x7ain another row and click ok, nothing is created.
If I create a column, I can put a histogram in it but can't add a query.

HI gormank,
Hope you are doing well. I'm going to do a little research with the team on this question and will follow up with you shortly.
Thank you for your patience.
Benjamin

I was able to add multiple histograms side-by-side, and specify the query they use at creation time.
Are you wanting to have it so that there's a separate query field for each histogram, perhaps?

The trouble must be between my ears. I've tried many times and I see no way to add a query to a new histogram and the new histogram doesn't save. It just does nothing when saved...
Add a row
Add panel to empty row, histogram, set some stuff
Save
This did create a histogram, but it uses the first query from the previous histogram, which just duplicates what's already above. There's no way to add a query to this new histogram.

You're adding it with this button correct?

EDIT: Actually, I see what you're saying now, you can't change anything for the queries but select pinned, unpinned, or selected.

No, I'm not adding with that button because there is no button.

If you click the gear (Configure) on the top right of a histogram panel, then the queries tab, under Charted, select "selected" which will give you a list of the queries you can select from, and those selected will be in the histogram

So I can create a graph of something that's already graphed in the previous histogram. That seems pretty useless, doesn't it?
I did this but nothing shows in the new histogram graph. The query is in the query tab. I also added a table and nothing is selected in it.

You can add multiple queries by clicking the + next to the queries
queries.JPG
Then you edit the histogram
histogram.JPG
And select the queries you want to see

Now if nothing is showing in the table, that means nothing is matching the result (unless you filtered the table results down the same way you can filter the histogram down, by selecting queries), and as such, nothing would display

I don't think you understand the issue. There is only one queries button and it's above the original graph/histogram. If I add queries to the original graph, why have a second (or 3rd graph)? All you're telling me is I can add new graphs of data already graphed. Can you see that that's pointless?
I have two histograms with the same query, one graphs and selects the data while the other doesn't.
Maybe you can try something. Make a copy of the default dashboard with save as. Now you have a graph and table with the query * to select all.
Go to the bottom of the page and add a row.
Click add panel to empty row.
Add a histogram.
Now add a unique query to the new histogram.
You can't can you?
