Hello Gents,

I don't find any way to take backup of 'My Scheduled Reports' in 'Reports' Tab of Nagios XI.
If particular users account is deleted or if employee left the organization, then we will loose those scheduled reports,
so my question that, do we have any mechanism either to take backup of those scheduled reports or can those reports be transferred to any other users Reports tab so that will not end up with loosing those weekly, monthly scheduled reports?
We have only options to edit, delete, view & send report, but no option to download entire scheduled reports.

That's why I always recommend important scheduled reports be done logged in as a user that never leaves (nagiosadmin) otherwise this can occur.

Currently there is not a backup mechanism or transfer ownership functionality for the scheduled reports. I can submit a feature request for this if you'd like?

They will be included in an XI backup but you can't get access to them without restoring (can be to another system), they are stored in the DB and kicked off via /var/spool/cron/apache so it's something development would need to add the ability to do.

Thanks for revert, unfortunately we haven't created Reports under nagiosadmin user, so please raise future enhancement request for dev team so that will have some means to take backup of scheduled reports or can transfer/migrate to another user.
