Checks on Unknown status

Hi all,
we've a distributed Nagios XI monitor installation. Each customer have it's own appliance, which execute all checks, and send data to our central Nagios XI server, which we use to see all customers information.
All were woking fine till now until today.
On one customer, we've decided change some checks "check interval", from it's old interval to 60mins.
We've applied this change on customer appliance and in our central Nagios XI.
Since this change, on customer appliance, we can see the correct check status (OK, NOK, etc), but on our central server, all modified checks appears on "UNKNOWN" status after more than 5 hours with the new "check interval" configured.
Any idea about the reason because this is happening?
