Please let us know on below queries .

1. Is it possible to integrate Nagios Log server with a ticketing tool .

2. Is it possible to send alerts of Nagios Log server via SMS ? And how ?

SMS isn't a native alert method, but executing a script is so if you have a script to send SMS it should be possible.
