Timeperiod utilizing different Timezone

Hello,
I have a question regarding our Nagios XI server, which is located in the Central US, and is using Central Time for its system time, and where most of our users reside. However, we are a global company, and so we do have people stationed all throughout the world, with one of our IT people residing in China. In the past, I've used Timeperiods to put "non-critical" checks into workhours-only, so that if for example the office printer goes down, we're not getting alerted for this at 3am. The challenge for this comes with our coworkers on the other side of the world. It would be so much nicer to be able to specify "workhours" that take a timezone into account, where workhours would equal 07:00-18:00. I've thought of doing this manually, but it makes it more challenging, because "Monday 07:00-18:00" for China, converted to CDT, would be "Sunday 19:00-24:00, Monday 00:00-06:00", doubling the entries. And then would have to adjust it for daylight savings (since Central Time adheres to DST, but China doesn't).
I've looked around, but haven't seen anyone ask this particular question. Is there no easier way to allow our Nagios XI server to recognize workhours for people on the other side of the globe?
