problem with nagios xi report

Hi,
I'm not able to generate report on my nagiosXI. Even if i schedule report, its not sending the email to provided email address.
But if i tried to send that scheduled report immediately it sent corrupted PDF or JPG and CSV which show no data. here is screenshot of error.
