Hello,
A few times over the last few months, we have tried asking high level questions as customers using the Nagios Site chatbot. It usually redirects us to a human who never comes and responds. Does the chatbot actually send message to the Nagios team? If not, can you fix it so that it doesn't have folks sit there waiting for a response?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have been tweaking the bot and will continue to refine the process. The bot does redirect to sales representatives for basic questions about our products. To help me improve the bot. Can you tell me what time of the day you were using it? I am wondering if it is trying to direct you to a human when the office is closed.
When it comes to more high-level technical questions. This is the best place to go to get the information you require.
