We are looking for a 95th percentile report for the bandwidth utilization. Could you please help us on how we could generate it from Nagios or if there is any other way to generate it.

I'm not entirely clear what you're looking for. Can you clarify what you mean?

If XI doesn't provide a report that you want using the performance data, you can always download the data via the API and manipulate it as needed. This is documented under Admin > API Docs > Object Reference > Data Exporting > objects/rrdexport.
