report issue

Hi support team,
we are facing an issue when downloading the report in PDF/JPG.
Note:- Normally at first attempt report is ok with proper data, but it corrupt as attached when pdf download.

Thanks for uploading the PDF. It looks like it's timing out before it's able to complete the report. Have you adjusted the PHP settings on the system yet? If not, please follow the steps in the knowledgebase article below and try to test the report again.

Hi,
Okay, thanks for uploading that file. The input vars look good, but let's increase the following options to:
Code: Select all
max_execution_time = 900
max_input_time = 300
Then go ahead and re-start the web server, and try testing the report once more.
And let us know if the issue is resolved.

Hi Benjamin,
done the changes and restart httpd, but still facing the same issue.
Benjamin if require we will open a separate ticket for it.
Need to resolve this issue quickly because we purchased a new Nagios xi last month and transfer half clients to a new Nagios xi server.
So we need to share all client's reports pdf within a week before cutoff.
If required please take a remote session to check and get all configuration.
