Hi,

Passive checks are not working in Nagios

All Passive checks in Nagios are in Pending state with the message "service is not scheduled to be checked". What could be the reason.

How to fix this.

Passive checks just wait for data to be sent from the monitored hosts where you've defined some check. Maybe your remote hosts aren't set up to run the check or the data is getting lost in the network.

How are you sending results from the remote hosts?
