Hi Nagios Support,

We want to use the calling feature for Nagios XI Ent.

Requirement: In case of any Down Alert, Critical Alerts There should be an auto Call to the stakeholder.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Nagios XI has the ability to send SMS text messages to your phone when a host or service is down or critical. However, if you want to receive an actual phone call, I would recommend using a 3rd party service like Pager Duty to set that up. That is currently not an XI feature.
