Nagios XI ServiceNow Integration KB

I'm looking for the Nagios XI ServiceNow Integration KB, but I'm getting Access Denied. The link that I have is
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... w-552.html. I also tried searching for ServiceNow in the KB, but there were no articles found.
Anyone know where I can find the KB?

Hi John,
We currently recommend to use the integration provided by Service Now, see the following page for instructions:
Configure event collection from NagiosXI
Let us know if you have any questions.
