Nagios Ops View monitors giving errors after upgrade of OS

We had some upgraded VM's that we upgraded from Server 2008 to Server 2016 that were being monitored by Opsview. They started returning errors on one of the drives that exist on the servers.

CRIT: Counter not found: \PhysicalDisk(1 E:)\Avg. Disk Queue Length: The specified instance is not present. (800007D1)

Any ideas?
