Max activations exceeded - You have exceeded the maximum all

All,

I recently upgraded my Nagios XI application to version 5.7.5 (old version 5.6.5). I installed on a new server since in the past I have had trouble using the offline upgrade which corrupted my current installation. Anyway, in trying to use the current license after removing the license from the 5.6.5 I get a "Max activations exceeded - You have exceeded the maximum allowed activations for the specified license key." error message. How do I get around this problem.
