Custom Dashboard in Nagios Core

My organization is running Nagios Core 4.4.5 to monitor both default services (load, disk utilization, etc.) and application processes like Apache, Java, etc. I'm trying to come up with an "executive dashboard" to display only the processes my manager, and his boss (the CIO) care about (e.g. is Jenkins up and running, is postgres up on various servers, etc.). I'm thinking of something that looks like the "Tactical Overview", except that we have the ability to choose and name the services that we're tracking from multiple hosts in a single view.

As I'm not a Sys Admin, upgrading to Nagios XI, where this feature seems easier to implement, isn't an option. Is this achievable within Nagios Core? Other options include using Grafana (which admittedly wasn't designed to display state data) or leveraging the Nagios API in a custom UI, but I'd like to see if we can exploit our current infrastructure.

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

If I understand you correctly you want a page that doesn’t require login and only shows Red , Green, Yellow status? If so then yes. Here is a screen shot of what I did. It’s fully customizable as to what you want displayed.
