Selectively Disable Web Audio (.wav) only per Services

Effectively we want to have some alarms that never trigger audible alarms through the Nagios web-page. Thus we don't want to resort to removing reference to the .wav file references themselves from the cgi.cfg file because this work awesome for the services we do monitor and love this audible feature.
We just want the same functionality with these custom services minus the audio (only). Hence if there is a Critical/Warning status, this would be still reflected on the website but:
Is this doable? We're using Nagios Core v4.x

- We WOULD still send an email (if configured to o so)?
