Existing user chinf

G'day Nagios Support,

I have added the user (chinf - [email protected]) as a Support Contact for our contract, he has forgotten his password on the forum but when he attempts to have the password reset he never receives a link to reset his password. Can you please help by resetting it? Or provide additional steps in getting it reset...
