Rezized Nagios instance and now flooded with warnings

Hello. The EC2 instance that our Nagios server was running on was under powered. So I shut down the Nagios service, shut down the AWS instance. Changed the size from m3.xlarge to m4.2xlarge. Turned machine back on. Nagios restarted automatically but now shows tons of warnings on Services (Unhandled) dashboard.
The message looks like this:
TOTAL PROC WARNING 2021-02-11T10:10:45 0d 0h 26m 4s 3/3 PROCS WARNING: 256 processes with STATE = RSZDT
And is shown for every server Nagios is monitoring. I am running Nagios Core 4.4.3 Jan 15, 2019.
Will this clear on its own or do I need to manually intervene?
