I have recently upgraded my XI from 5.6.14 to 5.8.1
This is the screen i have when looking into Host and service history tab

I tried this for different hosts and services but same result

Unfortunately, this Addon is not working versions 5.7.x and higher. However, we have filed a feature request to update it or try the suggested solution in the thread below:
