How do I setup relation between host groups and contact groups so that certain group of people can see only certain servers in nagios Xi ?

If you're asking if you can set it up so that users that are logged into Nagios XI will only be able to view check results for given hosts, that's not how permissions work in Nagios XI, and it's not really something contact groups can be used for.

Basically there are two user types in Nagios XI, administrators and non-admins. Administrators can change things, non-admins cannot.

If I'm wrong and that's not what you're talking about, could you clarify what you're trying to limit access to?
