user unable receive email notification

user A only can receive test msg from nagios XI,but cannot receive all Service Alert.

User B can receive test msg and Service Alert.

i try change user B contact ([email protected] to [email protected]),but problem still occur.

User exchange server to send mail but Not relate to mail server,because all test msg can deliver to email server.

any idea??

Hi @kwterrytai,

The first thing I would check would be the user notification preferences. Click on the account name in the upper right, and select notification preferences, and double-check those settings.

If not able to find the root cause, send over the system profile and the exact name of those contacts and I'll take look at the settings.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
