How to run report on current configuration

Is it possible to run audit report on Nagios XI configuration to see what hosts/services were changed that we can compare month after month?

If you go to Configure -> Core Config Manager, then click Configuration Snapshots (left menu), you should be able to view the last configuration that was applied. There are reports you can generate from there using buttons, including comparing a snapshot to the snapshot created just before it, and comparing a snapshot with current config.
