Trying to add services to monitor as shown Getting the following error : Failed to open service OAISYS Level2OAI MitelDriver: 424: The specified service does not exist as an installed service. Thanks for your help and feel free to chime in on the screenshot.

That looks like a plugin specific error, not necessarily something mis-configured on the Nagios Core side of things.

Can you share where you acquired this plugin, as well as the command and service definitions associated with this check?
