Does anyone know if someone has created a script or found a way to generate tickets through nagios to bmc helix?

When a critical alert is trigger i want to be able to set a custom command assigned to contact so it generated a ticket for this "critical alert"

I did a search on the Nagios Exchanges was not able to locate any current community integrations. I'm not familiar with BMC Helix, but if there's an API you can connect to, you could create a custom notification handler for this task.
