I have configured an API call to disable/enable active checks once a shutdownstart or shutdownend alert notification is triggered. Everything was working fine until I manually reenabled active checks for one of the servers. Now the API won't disable the active check for that server, but it still works for other servers. Any ideas?

Can you share the calls that are being made and their results(remove any sensitive information)? What version of XI is this? Is the enabling/disabling handled by an event handler?
