Scheduled Report not sending

Hello Team,

I have scheduled report for one of the Bandwidth utilization graph, created separate dashboard and scheduled for daily 1:05 uk time .

It's sending on that tine but when i click send mail option it sending .i am able to send manually but it's not sending on that specific time.

Could you please help me to fix this issue

What do the timezone settings under Admin > System Config > System Settings > General, look like? When you schedule a report it schedules based on the time found on the XI machine.

No it's a UTC(London) ,daily 1:10 we scheduled but it's not sending ,manually when i go and click send mail it's sending .

What is the issue ,can you help us to fix this

Hi,
If you are able to manually send a report, then we know that mail is working.

Please check your physical XI server and see what time zone is set on the server machine.
