Good morning, i'm trying Nagios XI to monitor an IBM I System, i've made an installation of the product on a clean Ubuntu Server Lts 18.04,
the installation is ok but i don't see the Ibm i plugin and i'm not able to find installation instructions.
Anyone can help me on how to get and install Ibm i plugin?
Thanks
Giovanni

Hi Giovanni,
Good question. This wizard was developed by IBM, you can directly download it from the GitHub rep, go to:
https://github.com/IBM/nagios-for-i/tre ... 20NagiosXI
For detailed steps on installing any type of config wizard in Nagios XI, check out the following guide:
Installing Configuration Wizards
Also, one thing to mention, this wizard uses Java, and Nagios XI does not, so you'll need to install Java before you can run the wizard. If you are running a VM, I always recommend taking a snapshot before installing any new packages.
For CentOS/RHEL systems please run: yum install -y java-1.8.0-openjdk
For Debian-based systems please run: apt-get install -y default-jre
Let us know if you need further assistance.
