Notifications stop updating in "> Home > Incident Management > Notifications" NagiosXI webpage for already configured services since last Weekend.
But, Service Status with " Filters: Service=Warning,Unknown,Critical,Not Acknowledged,Not In Downtime" reflects some services with Critical, Warning and Unknown states.
So, it looks like there are something has triggered in the engine not to update notifications.

Please help to resolve the issue.

Sorry to here about your issue. The best way to get this resolved would be for you to provide
me with a System Profile (see below) as well as some examples of the Service items that
should have appeared in the Notifications report.

To send us your system profile:
1. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
2. Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
3. Click the "Download Profile" button
4. Save the profile.zip file and share this a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

I looked at your System Profile and I didn't see anything wrong. You said the notifications started working
again as expected - did you, or anyone else make changes yesterday?

Hi,
I tracked "Notifications" last weekends, it looks like they are shown up properly now.
I did not change anything, except "Warnings" Notification Options, which I on/off to figure out if the system works as expected.
I will track it for while and let you know.
