307 Temporary Redirect - /nagioslogserver/install

Hi,
Im new on handling nagios log server and centos.
Can you please help me troubleshoot my nagioslogserver? it always redirect to http:/192.x.x.100/nagioslogserver/install.
They say on past few months they able to access the login but now it always redirects.
if you need logs you can comment what command should I run.
