Mobile Carrier doesn't work

Hi everybody
I have setup all settings in Nagios to send SMS text notifications to Cell Carrier phone
I configured the enable, preferences and carrier list but when I sent the test I'm not receiving the message
to Make sure my phone and carrier was correct I I did a test sending an email from my yahoomail to 5555555555@tmomail.net
and worked, but that's was from my email
It looks like Nagios is not able to send the text message, but I'm not receiving any error as well, just the send verification test is in process (forever )
