Please let us know if attached metrics can be monitored using nagiosxi . And how to monitor them .

In general, yes, those are things that can be monitored by Nagios XI.

However the information is too vague to give a concrete answer, or to tell you how
to do it.

For example - "Availability of services (ALL) excluding planned downtime" How is that
availability measured since it is required to be monitored at the service level and not the
application level? And what monitors are required to check on each service?

If you can provide more detailed information we should be able to answer your
questions with more confidence.
