I noticed when trying to give "Limited Access CCM Permissions"
It says
"Toggle All / None

Users can only VIEW the below object types.
Select the object types to give them access to ADD, REMOVE, and EDIT."

But when I select nothing they get full access.

Am I do something wrong ?

Hi Bruce,

I was able to confirm what you are seeing. Looks like a bug.
I'll send it to QA and the developers for fixing. In the meantime you
can delete that user that you created and re-create them but leave
the Core Config Manager access drop-down on "none". That way they
won't have the unlimited access.
