Only send specific log file to log sever

How would I configure system to only pick up a specific log file?

What are you using to send the logs to Log Server? -- Are you using NXLog to send the logs, or something else?
What's the operating system of the device sending the logs -- is this a router? -- is it a computer? -- Is it a Windows desktop?
