Hiring a freelancer or company to fix two issues with Nagios

Hi,
I'm looking for a freelancer or company to fix two issues we have with Nagios 4.4.6 that make our platform highly unstable, details below.
We are running a Nagios instance with 15M+ daily service checks and we are facing notification issues that look like race conditions related to the one fixed here:

My colleague Stéphane, here in copy, submitted a GitHub issue about the soft notification counters: https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... issues/822
We are also randomly facing a lack of notification in case of "hard service alert": https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... issues/823
Those two issues combined make our platform highly unstable because we don't receive important monitoring notifications and our e-commerce websites are down for several hours until the client calls us.
