Socket timeout daily after 24th hour

Hello,
I am using this channel for the first time my issue is:
I am receiving socket timeout alerts for the single custom service daily after 24th hour it remains for 2-3 hours some time 4 hours after it got cleared
whole day it run perfectly fine and when next day started socket time out triggered again.
