Hi Team,

I have service alerts triggered, however I am unable to see those service alerts under reports --> notifications. What would be the reason for this, can anyone help me understand the root cause.

There is another thing I have observed, i.e., the last notification (under advance) is showing as never, attaching the snap shot, when I use the send custom notification, only then I can see these alerts under reports --> notifications.

If you go here on your XI server and view the services in the backend Nagios Core interface below, do they show proper information?
- Just enter your XI credentials when it asks

the last notification for all the service is NA.

I have 2 instances and both of it has same issue.

Closing post as we are working on it in the ticket.

What we did find is that the Host check was in a Non-OK status and that was suppressing the Service Notifications.
