Navisphere does not appear to be installed in /opt/Navispher

After migrating the application to another server, getting this error for our VNX storage. Any help and support here?

I even logged a ticket 14604, there is nor response..

getting these emails...

Customer Support has moved from emails to tickets. You can create tickets from the Customer Support Center:
