Is there a way to limit the notifications to just 1? I tried setting the interval to 0 but then no messages where send at all.

Also is there a way to supress the acknowledged emails from being send out?

Notification interval of 0 *should* cause only 1 notification to go out.

For acknowledgments, there's a checkbox option on whether or not to notify for the acknowledgment. If you're using the Mass Acknowledgment component, I just posted a new version on exchange about a week ago that allows you to uncheck the notification option.

I had the notifications disabled for a while because of the amount of mails we got. Since a couple days i enabled them but in the beginning i didn't recieve any. Only after i changed the interval to 1 day i started to recieve mails.

Is there perhaps something else that could be wrong?

Can you send a sample configuration that's having this issue along with any relevant templates that are used by it?

I just send a configuration snapshot as it is everywhere.
