Hello,

We're on Nagios XI 5.8.1 RHEL 7 linux server.

Profile attached. On the first day of the month we have a scheduled report run at 11am. This report sends a PDF of a dashboard out as an email. The PDF is supposed to show the last 30 days of data on a chart. The dashboard shows the last 30 days properly including a chunk of space we just added: When a report of the dashboard is scheduled, the PDF in the email does not have the last 1.5 days or so. Trying to understand how to get the PDF to have the most recent 1.5 days included. Manually sending a one time report also truncates the last 1.5 days. Looks like the report was created on Jun 30, 2021, but the report you ran for this forum ticket was on July 2nd, 2021.
Which is why it is missing the last 2 days (July 1 & 2nd).

I also asked my teammate to take a look and here's what he said as well:

@Vinh Trac When he ran the report in the screen capture, he probably ran it on July 2nd which shows 30 days back from that date but the report was ran on the 30th which does not show the data from July 1st and 2nd.
That's where the difference is coming from.

Actually both of those images/reports are from the same time (plus or minus a few minutes). The second one, named 1625237816-Doug_test_chart_missing_data.pdf, does not have a vertical grid line on the right nor does it have a "hamburger" set of three lines on the lower right and the graph is truncated missing several days of data.

I did a bit more testing. Exporting the dashboard directly from the dashboard page using the hamburger in the lower right to "download a PDF document" works fine and nothing is truncated. The issue shows up when using a scheduled report. The issue shows up when a scheduled report is delivered either on the schedule or if the "send now" button is used.

I went back to the dashboard and made the dashboard narrower. This allowed all of the data to make it in the scheduled report thereby
resolving the missing data issue. If I make the dashboard wider approximately a fourth of the data is truncated from the scheduled report. There might be an issue with the "scale to page" functionality of the scheduled report PDF conversion.

My issue was resolved by making the dashboard narrower and please close this at your convenience.
