how to add notification for many service one time

i have thousand services run on nagios xi, i want to add notify for all services but unable to do this one by one.
how can do fastest?

Hi,
Good afternoon!! ...

If you have the enterprise version:
Nagios Xi GUI -> Configure -> Core Config Manager (CCM) -> Bulk Modifications Tool
Select "Change a single config option"
Select the item you want to change
Select hosts/services to change it on
Save changes
Apply configuration

Here's the KB for object definitions:

Here's the definition for "Host" notifications:
d = send notifications on a DOWN state,
u = send notifications on an UNREACHABLE state,
r = send notifications on recoveries (OK state),
f = send notifications when the host starts and stops flapping,
s = send notifications when scheduled downtime starts and ends.

Here's the definition for "Service" notifications:
w = send notifications on a WARNING state,
u = send notifications on an UNKNOWN state,
c = send notifications on a CRITICAL state,
r = send notifications on recoveries (OK state),
f = send notifications when the service starts and stops flapping,
s = send notifications when scheduled downtime starts and ends.

So, you would select what type of notification you want by clicking on those symbols.

Thanks for your respone.
I tried do :

choose :
w = send notifications on a WARNING state,
u = send notifications on an UNKNOWN state,
c = send notifications on a CRITICAL state,
then save.

Then go to config service for check but "Send alert notifications to" is empty, i want it have to send email and ping to my MS.teams (already setup noti via ms.teams).
Dont know my action on Bulk Modifications Tool will do what?

I tried it on my VM and it worked fine.
Did you select the host or service and also do "Apply Configuration" after?

i got your guide, but when we do that, nowhere we can choose alert chanel, e.g email or MS.Teams or SMS....?
how can we choose that and apply for all services?

as we did, i just saw it will notify when have Critical/Warning/Unknow but dont know the chanel.

Hi Hang,
How are you doing?
Let see if I understand what you want to do.
You would like to add "contact(s)" for notifications .... right?

In that case, you first create a contact group, let call it "xi_contactgroup_all".
Add as many people as you like to that "xi_contactgroup_all" and save it.

Once done, Use "Bulk Modification Tools" > "Add Contact Group"
Select "xi_contactgroup_all" > "Select Services"
Now, save your change and remember to do "Apply Configuration"

Now, alerts (notifications) will also be sent out to everyone in that "xi_contactgroup_all" group.
