Nagios Support Forum

Hello, I'm looking for some help to integrate the Nagios with service now, I have configured the event collection in servicenow and seems it's communicating properly with Nagios.
I have made some researches and couldn't find anything related to how servicenow get the events from Nagios or Nagios send the events to servicenow and open tickets to the groups, how should I proceed with that? Depending of the event Nagios should be open an Incident and assign to specify group in servicenow.

You would need to reach out to servicenow on this as their collector reaches into the XI server through the XI API in order to get access to the information. The data is no longer pushed to servicenow (their old software did that) so there shouldn't be anything that needs to be done on the XI server other than granting API access in XI to the user and making sure they have "Can see all hosts and services" permissions on the XI user. The rest of the logic would need to be setup in servicenow.
