Hi,
is it possible disable for a service the possibility of change the status afer become CRITICAL?

I have a log check and i want that it stay CRITICAL until i will force to OK

I can only think of one way to do this, and it's not straightforward. Your check needs to be a passive check, first of all. Then, before it sends any of its results to Nagios it needs to query Nagios to see whether it's currently in a critical state that you haven't acknowledged yet.
