No data in performance graph for almost 2.5 hours

Hi all,


There are two Nagios: Primary and Secondary in our environment.
I am observing issue in secondary is that there is data loss in performance graph for some period of time while in primary I can see data in performance graph.
Currently there are intermittent periods of up to 2.5hours where there is no bandwidth data appearing on the graphs for different timing

Version is 5.4.12

Thanks for reaching out on the intermittent graph issues in your Nagios environment that you are experiencing.

I want to see the following log and also get the System Profile from you as well so we can see what is going on.

Code: Select all

tar -czvf /tmp/logresults.tar.gz /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/perfdataproc.log /usr/local/nagios/var/perfdata.log
To send us your system profile.
  • Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
  • Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
  • Click the "Download Profile" button
  • Save the profile.zip file and Private Message
