Hello and welcome to the forums!
Is there a specific error message you're getting when trying to install?

If you didn't get an 8% raise over the course of the pandemic, you took a pay cut.

Re: Unable to install Nagios on Suse Linux 15 SP3
Unfortunately SUSE Linux isn't a supported distro. See Nagios XI System Requirements for a list of supported distros.
The reason for this is that Nagios has some patched versions of popular packages (e.g. nmap) that's available in the repo.nagios.com package repository, and there's not a package repo for SUSE.Supported Distributions:
Nagios XI is currently supported with the following Linux distributions for 64 bit installations only:-- Nagios XI System Requirements
- RHEL 7/8
- CentOS 7/8
- Oracle Linux 7/8
- Debian 9/10
- Ubuntu 16/18/20 (LTS)

Thanks for the info.
Re: Unable to install Nagios on Suse Linux 15 SP3
No problem!
If you do find out it's easier to install Nagios XI on SUSE than I've encountered, perhaps you can report back here and I can relay the information to the development team and/or update our KB with steps to install on SUSE.
However this might be simply a waste of your time. Simplest solution is to deploy from one of the pre-built systems. Nagios XI OVA files are available for download here: https://www.nagios.com/downloads/nagios-xi/vmware/
The OVA includes everything you need to run Nagios XI, including the base OS. If you use this, however, you won't be able to select a distro for the base OS; all the OVA files are built upon CentOS 7 (included in and an inexorable part of the OVA file's Linux file system).
