Hello Support,

We are trying to setup integration between Nagios XI and service now. I went to below post but it seems the KB links mentioned in the post are not active or inaccessible now.

Could you please help us with the similar method to send Nagios events with webservices to service now.

You are correct, the document https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... w-552.html is no
longer available. The reason it was removed was Service Now changes often and any guide we provided would be outdated in a
short amount of time.

My suggestion is to do a Google search:
https://www.google.com/search?q=nagios+ ... e&ie=UTF-8

I see articles for many different tasks (event collection, ticket integration, etc) from many different sources.

If you come across a step where you are looking to do something specific in Nagios XI but are having trouble we
would definitely be able to help you out.

Hello Gsmith,

Do you have a offline copy of the KB article that we can use to implement the integration. We are not looking for any support from Nagios in this case but we would like to try out and improve the same method available on the KB.
