The services reported on our 'Top Alert Producers Last 24 Hours' graph displays bars for services that do not appear in the 'Notifications' report. Further, I do not see any emails for these alerts.

This is occurring on our Nagios development server and the services appearing on the graph are on our Nagios production server.

Current values for the bars are 33 and 30.

REPORT
My assumption is that these should match. Is that correct? As you can see, the C210NAG01 items do not appear in the report. I don't want to waste time checking items that appear in the graph if there were no actual alerts.

When I set the report to include both 'Hard' and 'Soft' state types, it matched what was on the graph.
